John and Stephen saved us! It started out as a disaster. Our dishwasher leaked into the floor and cabinets. Everything needed to be taken out. Sink, cabinets, even part of the sub floor. With school starting soon and watching our two 18 month old grandsons, washing bottles in a bowl in the bathroom sink, we were in a panic. And then we found John and Stephen! Incredible people! Quality and timely craftsmanship. Stephen’s attention to detail and finish work is amazing. John’s customer service is exceptional. John told us, “We’ll take care of you.” They most definitely did! We have lived in the home Iohn and Steven built four years ago, and we could not be happier with it.

A Project for single family dwelling stick built, Two Story 3 bath with 3200 square feet, including an Attached Garage Constructed In 2016 With Direct Communications with Elder Lady Owner and Family Members including Children And Grandchildren. The project was completed 100 Percent within A hands on construction for waste water system and fresh water supply through a rural water system. From the beginning til completed was less than three months time frame from start til move in. The contractor also added a complimentary chair lift from first floor to second floor for the Lady Elder home owner nullifying any health issues of climbing steps too and from living room and bedroom.

Anasazi Builders built our home in North Dakota in 2013. They took time to get to know us and were very thoughtful of our needs with recommendations and when dealing with our requests.
