New Construction - Design Build for the Four Bears Home Mortgage Department of The Three Affiliated Tribes.
A Project for single family dwelling stick built, Two Story 3 bath with 3200 square feet, including an Attached Garage Constructed In 2016 With Direct Communications with Elder Lady Owner and Family Members including Children And Grandchildren. The project was completed 100 Percent within A hands on construction for waste water system and fresh water supply through a rural water system. From the beginning til completed was less than three months time frame from start til move in. The contractor also added a complimentary chair lift from first floor to second floor for the Lady Elder home owner nullifying any health issues of climbing steps too and from living room and bedroom.
This project was performed with an approved contract for the Four Bears Mortgage Department of the Three Affiliated Tribes. 404 Frontage Road, New Town, North Dakota 58763.
