Pasco Is Our Home - Your Custom Homes is our Work
When you build with Anasazi, you get a builder who actually knows your land — not someone reading about Pasco for the first time on Google Maps. They know which lots near the Columbia River need extra attention at the foundation stage.

Every home we build here is 100% custom. That means your floor plan, your finishes, your layout — designed around your family, your lot, and your life. We don’t reuse plans. We don’t offer packages. We don’t show you four color options and call it ‘custom.’
Your design. Your choices. Your home.

Where We Build in Pasco
Riverview
The most sought-after address in Pasco. Stately properties with Columbia River views, quiet streets, and high-net-worth neighbors. We design Riverview homes to frame those views — oversized windows, outdoor living spaces, and layouts that make every room feel like it belongs to the landscape. This is where Pasco luxury lives.
West Pasco & the Broadmoor Corridor
The current growth epicenter of the city. The Road 68 and Broadmoor Blvd corridors are bringing Pasco’s most modern residential demand — larger lots, newer amenities, and families looking for space that the older neighborhoods can’t offer. We’re building here now, and we know the Broadmoor permit landscape well.
Looking for a rare half-acre lot or a shop-ready site? This is where to find them.
Seven Sisters, Chiawana & Pasco Heights
Solid, family-first neighborhoods with good I-182 access and a mix of lot types. For buyers who want a genuinely custom home at a realistic budget — without sacrificing quality — these corridors give you the land, the location, and room to build right.
We’ve also built on raw, undeveloped land in Franklin County — bringing in power, drilling wells, installing septic systems, and managing all county permits before the first frame went up.
What We Build — Fully Custom, Every Time
Fully Custom Homes
Your home designed from scratch. We start with your vision — sketches, ideas, or a clear plan — and work with our allied architects to turn it into buildable blueprints. Every detail is decided by you: layout, rooms, finishes, exterior style. Nothing borrowed from a catalog.
Custom Home Design & 3D Renderings
Before a single nail is driven, you’ll see your home in 3D. After blueprints are approved, we provide full 3D renderings so you can walk through your home visually before it’s built. If something doesn’t feel right, we fix it on screen — not mid-construction.
Lot Development & Land Builds
Own land in Pasco or Franklin County? We evaluate your lot — site access, utilities, soil, county requirements — and handle everything from site prep to permits. We’ve built on subdivisions and raw acreage. If your land is buildable, we’ll build on it.

Pasco Custom Home FAQ
Does Anasazi Builders build custom homes in Pasco, WA?
Yes — and Pasco is where we’re based. Our office is at 5019 Flores Ln. We build throughout the city: Riverview, West Pasco, the Broadmoor and Road 68 corridor, Seven Sisters, Chiawana, and Pasco Heights. Franklin County permits and the city’s build requirements are things we’ve navigated many times over.
How long does it take to build a custom home in Pasco?
Total project timeline is 8–10 months from the formal start — that includes design, permitting, and construction. Construction itself runs about 5 months (our most recent Pasco home finished in 4). City of Pasco and Franklin County permits typically take up to 3 weeks. We manage all of that paperwork for you.
Can you build on raw land or a large rural lot near Pasco?
Yes. We’ve built on raw, undeveloped land in Franklin County — bringing in power, drilling wells, and installing septic systems before the first frame went up. If you have land outside city limits and you’re not sure if it’s buildable, give us a call. We’ll be straight with you about what’s involved.
What does a custom home in Pasco start at?
Entry point for a fully custom home including land starts at approximately $450,000. The final number depends entirely on your design choices, the site conditions, and your finish level. We don’t quote per square foot — that number means nothing on a truly custom home. We sit down with you, understand your vision, and build a price from your actual scope.
Can you build a home with a shop, RV garage, or larger footprint in Pasco?
Yes. West Pasco and the Broadmoor corridor still have rare half-acre and larger lots where we can design homes with detached shops, RV garages, oversized driveways, or extended outbuildings. Tell us what you need the property to do — and we’ll design it to do it.
