You can come to us with finished drawings, a rough sketch, or nothing but ideas. All of those are a valid starting point.
We don't give a number until we understand your project. Anyone who does is guessing — and that guess will change.
A lot of people hesitate to reach out to a builder because they think they need to have everything figured out first. You don’t. We hear from families at every stage — people with finished plans and a lot already under contract, people with a Pinterest board and a rough budget, and people who just moved to Pasco and want to know what’s possible. All of those conversations are welcome here.
We’re not going to ask you to commit to anything in the first conversation. We’re going to listen, ask some questions, and tell you honestly what we think. If we’re the right builder for what you have in mind, we’ll say that. If we’re not, we’ll tell you that too. That’s the only way a working relationship starts honestly.
On the question of estimates: we don’t give a square-foot price before we understand your project. Not because we’re being difficult, but because a square-foot price on a custom home is not an honest number. Once we know your land, your design, and your priorities, we can give you a real preliminary estimate and work toward firm numbers from there.
